SMPS NERC 2027
All participants must complete the registration form and submit payment via EventSquid to attend the conference.
Refunds requested for conference registration or conference events will not be issued. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Transfers of registration to another person who can attend in your place are allowed. Transfer/Substitution ticket cost must be of equal or lesser value. Deadline for transferring a registration is March 22, 2027
In the case that the event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a credit for your registration fee that can be applied to the new dates of NERC 2027, if rescheduled, or for NERC 2028.Registrations may only be transferred once; further changes will be subject to the cancellation/refund policy. If a registration is transferred from a member to a non-member, the new registrant will pay the difference in registration fee. The difference in fee for transfers from a non-member to a member will be refunded to the card on file. Attendee substitutions will be made at no charge through April 7, 2025. Substitutions after this date will be subject to a $30 substitution fee.
As part of the SMPS Northeast Regional Conference, we’ll be taking photographs and videos for promotional use on our website, social media channels, and printed communications. Your attendance implies your consent to potentially be photographed or videoed and for these images to be used now and in the future. Should an image appear that you would like to be removed, please contact us at smps.northeastregional@gmail.com.
