Drawing experience from across the business development and management spectrum, Lisa Beeler leads Haley Ward’s efforts to work and interface with clients and vendors alike. A University of Southern Maine graduate with a degree in marketing and business, Lisa knows the value of open, clear communication and will moderate the panel discussion. Over the last six years, she has become an A/E/C industry relationship expert – building new relationships, growing those with long-standing clients, and acting as a connector in the built environment. Lisa is active with both the Portland Chamber of Commerce and the AGC of Maine and is currently serves on the Maine Real Estate & Development Association board and is the immediate past President of SMPS Northern New England. All presenters have experience presenting in front of internal and external clients on various different topics, with groups larger than 200.

Travis Noyes, PE has nearly three decades of civil engineering experience relating to site development and infrastructure design and analysis. A University of Maine graduate, Travis is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Maine, New York and Florida. In July 2022, he became Haley Ward’s first Chief Operating Officer and oversees the company’s six technical Service Lines and Marketing Department. He actively engages and manages Haley Ward’s experienced and emerging leaders, driving a culture of empowerment for employees towards growth of themselves and the company. He currently serves as the Bangor YMCA’s Board President and is an active board member with the AGC of Maine, Maine & Company, and the University of Maine Alumni Association. His years of A/E experience from technical to management roles has prepared him to understand and train team members on why and how the numbers matter to their roles within the organization. Travis is an experienced presenter to both internal and external organizations and leads Haley Wards training programs including topics covering Project Management and Leadership Development.

Justin Wrigley has over 28 years of professional experience in construction management and general contracting, as well as a degree in business management and an MBA with a concentration in construction management. In addition to working for large construction firms, including the past five years with Cianbro’s Building group, he also managed his own general contracting business for 15 years. Justin regularly manages dozens of staff on any given day while overseeing logistics and financials on vertical building projects ranging from $30 million to $130 million in a market surpassing $250 million a year. As the Cianbro Building group’s Assistant General Manager at Cianbro, he is responsible for managing overall project performance, including achieving cost, schedule, and project execution targets.
