Substitution & Cancelation Policy:

• Full refund of registration fee if canceled on or before January 5, 2024

• Refunds requested January 6 - April 3, 2024 will be subject to a $265 cancellation fee (or 50% of total cost for registrations under $265).

• No refunds will be processed on or after April 4, 2024.

Attendee substitutions can be made at no charge through April 15, 2024. Substitutions after this date will be subject to a $30 substitution fee.
