Need to change your plans?
If you are an SMPS member and are being charged the non-member rate, please email a member of our team for assistance. A full refund of registration fees will be granted if canceled on or before January 10, 2025. Refunds requested from January 11–March 31, 2025, will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee (or 50% of the total cost for paid items under $310). No refunds will be processed on or after April 1, 2025. Registrations cannot be transferred to a future conference year and must be used for the current event.
